At JLUXLABEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your JLUXLABEL store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card sent to your email.
